Jimsher Symphony is the first single malt category, cask strength, high-alcohol whisky of the Georgian distillery. Aged in a traditional Georgian Saperavi wine cask. The whisky is distinguished by its unusual, strong and original taste properties.
Jimsher Symphony will soon be released in limited quantities on the Georgian market. It is worth noting that the single malt category is a completely new direction for Jimsher distillery, and until now the company has only produced blended whisky.
