Tasting notes: Blackberry compote. Meaty, with leather, spice, cedar notes, and a slightly sweet palate. Good ripeness.
Serving suggestion: Pairs with boar meat, mountain goat, and roasted wild birds. Saperavi also pairs with roasted lamb and pork skewers, hard cheeses, ragout, and oyster mushrooms.
