Jimsher Tsinandali
This whisky which is processed according to the traditional Scotch technology undergoes a further aging process in oak casks that have undergone Georgian wine Tsinandali.
Nose: tones of field herbage, green apple, and citrus are felt first, and next – flavors of raisin and peach.
Palate: Enough pleasant, with dominant tones characteristic of grapes, honey, and greens.
Finish: Enough longstanding, with smoke of almond, apricot, and tree bark.
